All bidders must provide a pre-award compliance audit that meets the requirements of the framework.
This can be transposed from a previous audit, provided it has been performed within 15 months, or as a full pre-award compliance audit for new bidders.
The audit must be performed by an independent company that meets the below criteria:
ACI Training & Consultancy meets all of these criteria.
- Be registered in the United Kingdom and with Companies House;
- Have three (3) years or more trading history in the provision of audit services;
- Hold an in-date and valid ISO 9001 accreditation; and
- Hold valid fraud prevention certification (such as CIFAS (https://www.cifas.org.uk/)).
In addition if you are new bidder for this contract, you must have a contract with a SEQOHS Occupational Health Service Provider.
Deadlines
Audits need to be completed by September 2024, and you may not be awarded a place on the framework without a satisfactory Pre Award Compliance Audit result.
All successfully awarded bidders must submit their Pre Award Compliance Audit report by 02/09/2024.
